'BrindLeway started with one vision: to introduce true Neapolitan pizza to London. The Bianchi family opened our doors in 1985, beginning as a cozy, family-operated eatery, carrying forward recipes that have been in the family for generations.

Marco Bianchi, our originator, mastered the pizza craft on her journeys across Italy, learning from Neapolitan pizza experts. After returning to the UK, she embarked on a quest to replicate traditional Italian pizza, using age-old techniques and the most select ingredients.

From our humble origins as a 12-seat local pizza shop, we've grown into a treasured community staple without compromising our dedication to quality and tradition. Our time-tested wood-fired ovens, daily handmade dough, and premium ingredient sourcing remain our standard.

Still under family management, 'BrindLeway' is now spearheaded by the Bianchi family's next generation. While we've integrated modern improvements, our core purpose is unchanged: to craft delectable, genuine pizzas that unite folks.
